I had already begun writing the next Leo St. James Mysteries. However, I couldn't make much progress; I somehow felt disconnected from the main characters. Well, things like that happen, right? Writing is a creative process, and when the story doesn't flow, it needs to pause for a while.
But the sequel is definitely still happening. The publication is just delayed, not canceled, I promise!
Right now, I'm working on another story, and it’s progressing as it should. The entire storyline is in my head, and all I need to do is write it down. The title remains a mystery, even to me, as I have many ideas. All I need is to choose a catchy title that fits the story.
What I can share with you so far is that the main characters include an alpha who is the sheriff of a small town, a veterinarian with rare bloodlines that could pose a serious threat not only to the pack but also to the vet and his brother, who is a data analyst. Oh, and there's also a pup—the alpha's young son—who needs to be rescued.
The reason I’m sharing this message is that many of you have asked about the next Leo St. James Mysteries. So, now you all have the update.

Bloodlines is on its way to the editor, and I will now continue with Leo, who is desperate searching for his friend and (half) brother, Daniel McKenna.
